At Pritchétt Bridal, all of our wedding gowns are available for purchase only—we do not offer rentals. However, we understand the importance of finding something beautiful within your budget. We often have a selection of more affordable gowns, and depending on the time of year, you might even find some lovely options on our sale rack!
We do our best to accommodate walk-ins whenever possible, but please note that availability isn’t guaranteed without an appointment. On busy days, we may be fully booked or not have a consultant available to assist you with trying on dresses.
To make sure you get the full bridal experience—including a private suite and dedicated time with one of our consultants—we highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance. You can easily book online or give us a call at (801) 373‑0194. We can’t wait to help you find your dream dress!
We highly recommend making an appointment so we can give you the full Pritchétt Bridal experience! When you book ahead, you'll be paired with your own expert bridal consultant who will dedicate the entire appointment to helping you find your perfect dress.
An appointment ensures you have plenty of time to browse, try on gowns, and ask questions without feeling rushed. It also guarantees access to one of our private bridal suites and the personalized attention every bride deserves. We want this to be a fun, memorable, and meaningful moment—and having an appointment helps us make that happen!
Because of the special nature of wedding gowns, all sales at Pritchétt Bridal are final. This means we’re not able to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any dresses—whether purchased from our collection or ordered through a designer.
We’re here to help you feel completely confident in your decision, so your consultant will work closely with you during your appointment to make sure you’ve found the perfect gown before making a purchase.
We no longer offer in-house alterations as of 2024. This change allows us to focus fully on what we do best -- helping brides find their dream dress in a fun, personalized, and stress-free experience. We're happy to refer you to trusted local seamstresses after purchase!
Our bridal consultants are here to make your dress shopping experience as smooth, fun, and stress-free as possible. They’re professionally trained to assist you in and out of gowns, offer personalized recommendations based on your style and vision, and guide you on what alterations might be needed to get the perfect fit.
With a deep knowledge of wedding dress styles, fabrics, accessories, and our entire inventory, your consultant can even suggest gowns you might not have thought to try—sometimes the hidden gems turn out to be the one! They’re also pros at pinning and clamping dresses so you can see how each gown will look once tailored to your shape. Having a consultant by your side ensures you feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
We recommend booking your bridal appointment as early as possible to give yourself plenty of time to find the dress. Wedding gowns can take up to six months to arrive once ordered, and alterations typically take an additional four to eight weeks. Some brides even start shopping before they’re officially engaged—and that’s totally okay!
It's also helpful to consider when you’ll be taking bridal photos, since you’ll want your dress ready by that date.
If your wedding is coming up soon, don’t worry—we have hundreds of beautiful gowns available right off the rack, and we’ll do everything we can to help you find something perfect in time.
Wedding gowns are made to order, which means each one is carefully handcrafted just for you. Because of this, it can take several months for your dress to be completed—especially since designers are often working on hundreds of gowns at once.
Sometimes, special fabrics need to be sourced or custom-made, and international shipping can occasionally cause delays. We always take these factors into account when we give you an estimated ship date and will keep you updated every step of the way.
Our goal is to make sure your gown arrives with plenty of time for alterations and all the exciting moments leading up to your big day!
If your wedding is coming up quickly—three months or less—don’t worry! We work with brides on tight timelines all the time and are more than happy to help you find something beautiful that fits both your style and your schedule.
We have a large selection of gowns available for immediate purchase right off the rack, and our consultants are great at helping you find options that require minimal alterations or can be altered quickly. We’ll also walk you through the best timeline for any needed tailoring so everything is ready in time for your big day.
Just let us know your timeframe when you book your appointment, and we’ll make sure you feel taken care of from start to finish. You’ve got this—and we’ve got you!
We love kids and the joy they bring! However, to help protect our gowns and maintain a peaceful experience for all brides, we kindly ask that children under the age of 5 not be brought into the store—unless they are infants or able to sit on an adult’s lap for the duration of the appointment.
Our bridal space is filled with delicate dresses and displays, and we want to make sure everything stays in perfect condition for every bride who visits. We so appreciate your understanding and help in creating a calm, focused environment for this special experience!
Every dress is made with a standard sizing chart. Each person has a unique body and dresses are going to fit everyone differently.
It is always possible to customize a dress to your liking with the help of a seamstress! Check out our alterations page to see all of our preferred alterations vendors--all of which are so talented and have many years of experience.
Alterations are not included in the price of the dress and will be a separate cost after your purchase. Since every bride and gown is unique, pricing for alterations can vary depending on the tailor you choose and the adjustments needed to get that perfect fit.
We’re happy to offer recommendations for trusted seamstresses if you need help finding one—and your consultant can also give you an idea of what alterations your dress might require during your appointment.
We usually have an anniversary sale in the fall. Keep an eye on our Instagram page @pritchettbridal for information about the sale.
We are not able to place holds on dresses, but don't worry-- if you need time to think about it, your consultant will make note of your favorite gown and save it to your profile. That way, if you decide to come back, we'll have the details ready and waiting for you!
